Columnist in chocolates, I fell into it as a child. First honey beak, I had the chance to discover the wealth of sensations that the taste buds provide thanks to tea. Then, by dint of sharing my passion, I was lucky enough to be able to co-found the first chocolate cellar in Switzerland: Chocolats du Monde.

Cocoa farmer engineer in São Tomé and Principe, I am based in Villa Mourra, our family home overlooks our farm founded by my father. I have over 30 years of experience in simple cocoa agroforestry. Today, I continue to grow the Augusto & Malka farm and bring my knowledge from São Tomé to chocolats du Monde and share with you my experience and my passion in the world of cocoa.
