We offer you an exclusively cocoa-based experience. Sacha has developed, in collaboration with the chocolatier Jean Paul Raffin based in Martigny, Switzerland, a unique range of products to help you discover cocoa in its purest form: the beans. For this project, we chose the best genetics, the famous Arriba Nacional, from our good friend Ecucao, straight from Ecuador. The idea behind this range is to reproduce the taste and texture of cocoa beans with as little artifice as possible, by using certain products to intensify certain aromas.

What is a princess bean?
The princess bean is a reinterpretation of the classic Swiss almond bean, with the difference that a caramelized Arriba Nacional cocoa bean replaces the almond in the center. A delight that allows you to discover chocolate in its purest state.
