Discover how cocoa beans are transformed into chocolate and how each step of this transformation impacts the final taste of the chocolate bar.

In a cosy and sweet environment, you will taste various chocolate bars and discover their tastes to compare them.

Thanks to this tasting you will be able to understand the role of the fermentation process of the cocoa beans after harvest and how roasting and grinding are influencing the taste and the texture of the chocolate.

This workshop is based on a fun and eat-it way for you to discover the world of chocolate.

About 1h20, min. 8 people, max. 16, CHF 29.- / person, bread and water will be provided. Avoid wearing strong perfumes in order to enjoy the experience and try not to eat before the tasting to keep plenty of room for the chocolates.

Location: chemin de Roches 2bis, 1208 Genève at 5.30 pm (« Roches » stop of the tramway 12). The entry code will be provided by email.
